GFW staff participated in a session to explore priorities for a 21st century school and modern educational strategies. The presentation included information on the book "The Third Teacher," which details how the educational environment is an important part of a child's learning along with adults and peers. We have a great team!

The students at GFW Public Schools and Sibley East have been working incredibly hard on a One Act Play called "Not So Grimm Tales" that they will be taking to the MSHSL One Act Play Competition in a few weeks. We're giving the public a sneak preview on January 21, so come on down and support these amazingly talented students! Entertainment begins at 5:30 p.m., and a delicious dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets for dinner theater are $25, and tickets for only the show are $10. They'll be on sale in the Winthrop High School office starting next week, and seats for dinner will be VERY limited... so get yours soon!
