T-Bird club is a childcare program for preschool through grade 5 students. Preschoolers need to be enrolled in a preschool program in order to attend. It is a safe, supervised and fun care plan for your child. The program provides structured activities, as well as time for open play and recreation. The program does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, creed or national origin in its enrollment policies.

T-Bird Club is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. If school is dismissed early or canceled due to the weather, we will provide care for all registered children. T-Bird Club is also open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on snow days, teacher in service days and other scheduled non-school days.

T-Bird Club is located in the GFW Elementary school.

• Before (6-8 a.m.) and After (3-6 p.m.) school care is $6

• Half day is $15

• Full day is $27.50

• School year weekly rate is $110 (3 days or more)

• Summer weekly rate is a flat rate of $120

Families must be signed up through direct deposit. Payment is every 2 weeks on a Friday.

CCAP is also available.

Our summer program begins the week after school ends. A $50 summer registration fee will be charged before attending. Our program closes the week before school starts in order to clean and get ready for the fall program.

If school is two hours late, canceled, or dismissed early due to inclement weather, T-Bird Club will be open. There may be instances where the risk for families and staff is too dangerous and T-Bird Club will decide to close. Families will be notified should this occur. T-Bird Club will be open on teacher workshop days and other days prior to or following legal holidays, numbers permitting. Parents will receive sign up forms throughout the school year to register their children for these days. Children whose parents have paid the $30.00 registration fee (per child) may attend on these days. T-Bird Club will be closed on legal holidays. Students will need to pack their own lunch on these days. Breakfast will be provided.
